Bee Balm Tea

Bee Balm Flower Tea

I like to collect Bee Balm flowers at the end of the season. Gather 4-5 stems and wrap them with twine or ribbon and hang upside down in a window with Indirect sun to dry.

Once dry, strip the petals and some leaves. Crush them slightly and store in a mason jar. They’re ready for tea anytime now!! I personally like the unbleached tea bags that I can make myself vs. using a tea ball (I don’t like when I get a mouthful of tea debris in my mouth!).
